Management is getting 5 stars for the service I received today after coming to the store several times and not being able to get a prepared food item. After being very frustrated, I spoke with culinary manager Rob and store manager Kelly who promptly went and retrieved the item for me. I believe she may have had the item made special. Sorry Rob for having to listen to me vent....very patient. Staff is always very nice and the store at Veterans is clean and stocked.
