Scott at the front register knows what customer service is all about.
In the short while I was there,I saw him go to great lengths to help a handicapped man, and deal with a separate unruly customer while maintaining composure.
Good job Scott. We appreciate you.I have been going here for years on and off, and these guys are very HONEST and I appreciate that, had a pill miscount and I left the store. I thought oh god I am !@#@d went back in and they were very nice and again I appreciate it . I have cancer and stress is something I do not need …. so THank you rite aid pharmacy employees.
