Really amazing prices that save me a lot of money. Their bakery is fantastic, with fresh breads, pastries, rolls, cookies and donuts. They offer some nice vegetarian options at affordable prices (Impossible, veggie burgers, etc). Their vegetable and fruit selection is decent and they have some prepackaged salads. I tend to stock up on dairy, a few frozen items and vegetables. Their snack section has a lot of options and they often offer great deals on things like hammocks, chairs, clothing, etc.
